Bedrock/Geyser players: include the dot before your name if that is how your name appears in-game.

Most purchases are delivered automatically within a few minutes. If your rank or package does not arrive, please join our Discord and open a support ticket.

When opening a ticket, include:

  • Your Minecraft username
  • Whether you play on Java or Bedrock
  • Your order details
  • What package you purchased

Our staff will help as soon as possible.

On average our team takes under 6 hours to respond and fully help any issues you come across.


Lifetime Rank Policy

Lifetime Ranks

All ranks purchased through our store are sold as Lifetime Ranks. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the server and not the lifetime of the purchaser. A Lifetime Rank does not expire and will remain active on your account for as long as the server continues to operate. While we are committed to maintaining the server and providing a long-term experience for our community, we cannot guarantee that the server, its services, or any specific game mode will remain available indefinitely. We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, merge, reset, or permanently close the server or any part of its services at any time.

Refund Policy

All purchases made through our store are considered final once the purchased content has been successfully delivered to your account. If the server permanently ceases operation within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund for your Lifetime Rank. Refund requests made after this 30-day period will not be eligible, even if the server later discontinues operations. Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.
  • Lack of use or inactivity.
  • Dissatisfaction with gameplay, server updates, balancing changes, or rank features.
  • Rule violations, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or any loss of access resulting from violations of the server's rules.
  • Technical issues caused by the purchaser's device, internet connection, third-party software, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Accidental, duplicate, unauthorized, or mistaken purchases made by the purchaser or by any person with access to the purchaser's payment method or account.
  • Changes to rank perks, features, cosmetics, commands, gameplay mechanics, economy, or other server content made in the interest of maintaining balance or improving the server.

Changes to Ranks and Services

We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, replace, remove, or add features, benefits, permissions, commands, cosmetics, and other content associated with any rank at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after successfully receiving purchased items may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your server account and access to purchased content until the dispute has been resolved.
