Bedrock/Geyser players: include the dot before your name if that is how your name appears in-game.

Most purchases are delivered automatically within a few minutes. If your rank or package does not arrive, please join our Discord and open a support ticket.

When opening a ticket, include:

• Your Minecraft username
• Whether you play on Java or Bedrock
• Your order details
• What package you purchased

Our staff will help as soon as possible.

On average our team takes under 6 hours to respond and fully help any issues you come across.

Lifetime Rank Policy

Lifetime Ranks

All ranks purchased through our store are sold as Lifetime Ranks. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the server, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

Your rank will remain active for as long as the server continues to operate. We cannot guarantee that the server, its services, or any specific game mode will remain available indefinitely.

Cosmetic Benefits and Changes

Lifetime Ranks provide ongoing cosmetic benefits, but individual cosmetics are not guaranteed to remain the same forever.

We may change, redesign, replace, combine, or remove cosmetics to improve the server, introduce new systems, improve performance, or improve the player experience.

If cosmetics are changed, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your rank continues to receive cosmetic benefits appropriate to its tier. Purchasing a rank does not guarantee permanent ownership or access to any specific cosmetic, color, design, effect, animation, or exact number of cosmetic options.

Changes to Ranks and Services

We may modify, rebalance, replace, remove, or add rank features, benefits, permissions, commands, cosmetics, and other server content when necessary for balancing, development, performance, or improving the server.

These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final once the purchased content has been successfully delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law or specifically provided by this policy.

If Rift Raiders permanently ceases operation within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund for your Lifetime Rank.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind or lack of use.
• Dissatisfaction with gameplay, updates, balancing changes, or rank features.
• Suspensions, bans, or loss of access caused by violations of server rules.
• Technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, third-party software, or circumstances outside our control.
• Accidental or mistaken purchases.
• Changes to cosmetics, rank perks, commands, gameplay mechanics, economy, or other server content permitted under this policy.

Claims involving unauthorized transactions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's policies.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks or payment disputes involving successfully delivered purchases may result in suspension of the associated account or purchased content while the dispute is reviewed.

Legitimate payment disputes and unauthorized transaction claims will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's policies.

Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy and understand that Lifetime Ranks and their included features may evolve as the server develops.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
